Beautiful day on the water. Unfortunately the fishing was a little slow. Surface temperature was 41.7 to 42 degrees. Only had two on and lost one at the boat.

We'll be back up there when the water warms a little.

Although my love of fishing will take me to the Columbia most of the year, I still love the silver bullets.

Merwin is my favorite of the lakes not only for the Kokanee but for its beauty as well. I can usually be found up there in between runs on the Columbia.

I'll be happy to share info each time I go out.
