Salmon Roe

I was just reading an article about Salmon fishing in Oregon. It looks like they use roe a lot, I am wondering if we can use roe for bait here in utah?

Yes Dan, it is legal(made legal in the last 2 years)to use roe in UT.

It is a very under-utilized technique around here. It works very good under the right conditions.

i know guys that have used it for years at the gorge and have done very well for the rainbows
