Went out on Samish this morning. The fish are starting to go deeper. The good thing is that they are starting to get bigger. Recent trips have only produced 8" to 9" fish with an occasional 10" fish. Today the bite was slow but caught two at 11" and one 12" all very thick. Had three more to the boat but didn't get them in. They were all similar size. Fished about 30' deep with flashers and a green wedding ring.

lake samish

I saw Captain on the lke today. He had 3 nice fish in the boat. A nice guy. Way to go Kirt . Keep Fishing - It helps keep you Young.
