Had lines in the water by 7am picked up a nice 15in keeper right off the bat just past the dam. Had a lot of action all morning but picked up about 2 throw backs for every keeper! Boat Traffic was the heaviest ive seen it all season so far, combat trolling between the pleasure boaters and the other fishin boats but still a lot of fun! Used pink and orange spinner hootchies behind a dodger all day anywhere between 50 and 60 feet trolling from sierra marina to the middle of the lake.

86, I was at Shaver 14th and had such a great day I took my dad up on the 15th. Both days on the water about 6:30 the bite for me started around 8:30. Off the point was the best with several doubles and with my dad along I had my hands full, he went thru a triple bypass last Dec. and all he was looking forward to was chasing the kokes at Shaver. Mid week before June to avoid the lice.

[Fishin Counts]

Fished shaver Friday and Sat too Had to weed through a lot of small fish but did get limits for two eaach day of fish from 13" to 15.5".Pink,pink/purple,Orange and green Squids and RMT pink and orange dodgers.Fished 42 to 65 OTW.
Lots of boats on the water by 10am off by noon.

Chris, tried you on the radio when we left but never could pick you up. I like your net did you make the pull rope or buy it thata way.

Doug after i last talked to you i turned off the radio.As far as the net it is just one of thoes scotty net holders they work great for keeping the net out of the way when you net.It was like $10 with shipping online.My net is a ranger net.
