Since it is turkey time, I thought I'd share one of my favorite leftover recipes. Since I cook so much by sight and feel, mearurements will be hard to come by but I'll try to give approximates.

2 - 3 cups chopped turkey or chicken
14 oz. cans of baby potatoes, green beans & corn
9" pie crust
mix meat and vegetables with 2 to 3 cups of gravy depending on how thick you like it. Do this in a separate bowl before adding to the crust

Cover with second 9" pie crust and pinch edges to seal. poke a few vent holes to release steam

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 F, reduce heat to 350 F and bake an additional 20 minutes. Use cookie sheet on bottom rack to catch any bubble over of gravy

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes and serve
