Vibrating downrigger cable

I had a G3 14PF with two Scotty electric downriggers on it. You need those electric downriggers for the back man. Ajustable swivel base realy makes it nice.

As for the hmm , I am not sure if I would want it gone. I like others, use it for a bite detection unit(no extra charge). H

You Might consider a Braided DR line

I switched to Braid for my DRs a couple of years ago with no problems so far. I also make my weights & use a 24" Rubber Bunge Strap cut in half to attach them to the DR .

what kind of knot do you use for the braided to tie the ball on? those balls are heavy, you can lose the whole rig.
