WH update +

Hi,

Well I got out on WH the last 2 nights.
A bit slow but still caught 5 per night -> all 13 inches and fat!

Made my 2nd batch of 40 smoked fillets yesterday having 1st brined them in my "Rum" brine.

Again -> "OMG" Oh so goodtongue2

This stuff goes as fast as I can make it!

Hi,

Actualy I pour a full cup of "5 star Rum".
1/2 cup in the brine and 1/2 cup over ice for me ! LOL
Give an old "SeaDog" his rightful due!

The smoked fillets -> I'd have to say go faster!
Smoked 40 -> and now down to 10 for me and the wife.

2 fresh Kokes for dinner tonight stuffed with tomatoes, vidalia onion, fresh chopped sweet basil, and lemon juice.
Side dishes of grilled Zucchini, Near East Rice Pilaf, French Bread, and bottle of good Chardonay!

Doesn't get better than that! tongue2
