Mine is, "Shes So Fine" and its from the record "So Fine" by The Fiesta's in 1959!
It was one of my Favorites from American Bandstand in the late 50's if any of you can remember it.
The Story:
My grandfather passed away back in November. He gave the family money with a note that said can't use for bills. My dad and I had a 5 years plan to get a bigger boat. We went from a 5 year plan to a 2 week plan. This boat fell into place. My Grandfather had a motto for the last couple years of his life... it was "keep a attitude of gratitude"
Pandemonium - When I bought the boat my first mates were my wife and her best friend. They'd never been on boats or fished before. Hence, anything that happened or needed to happen quickly caused chaos and pandemonium.
Is it bad luck to change the name of a boat,no not really. But there is a ritual that must be preformed so you don't piss of king Neptune. Do a internet search then decide to rename or not. .
My Crestliner is called FuhgetaBOATit since I'm from New Jersey. My wife came up with the name and we thought it was unique and clever but we have seen two other boats with the same name. Maybe its time to change, I could use a new wife !!!
I think we've decided on " pint sized " cause at 21' she's no yacht but is the perfect size for us. Also being an avid home brewer it ties my two favorite hobbies together!
