Went to Merwin today. Should have known from the fact there were only 3 rigs in the parking area. Fished for 4 hours, not one hit! last year we limited every day at this time. Don't know what we did wrong, Dupont spinners not being legal. Don't think I will waste anymore time up there.

I fished Merwin last Friday and the bite didn't come on until 3:00 pm for me. Until that time 1 dink, 2 hits and 1 keeper(12:45). Start time: 6:45 am. Had to endure and grind it out.
4 keepers and at lost 6-10 fish from 3:00 to 4:30.

Sunday there wasn't no place to park in the lot or the over flow lot up the hill and we had to park along the road. Tons of boats and everyone was catching some fish. I got a limit and never fished Kokanee in my life so there must be alot of fish or atleast a few not to smart ones LOL.
I wasted alot of time fishing deeper till discovered they were right on the surface. After that got 5 and lost 8.
