Actually, There is a huge different in flavor, color, and texture between Wallowa and all other lakes. The flesh of Wallowa Kokanee are bright, bright, red. As comparted to LBC, Merwin, Steilicom which are pink. I will try to dig up some photos of the Wallow fish compared to Merwin and...
