The water has 4-5 ft of visability right now and this will contribute to fewer bites this time of the year. The closer to the dam, the clearer the water. Give it 2-3 weeks and conditions will change. The fill on the reservoir is slowing considerably and the water will start clearing up. There are colors of dodgers that do relfect better in the curent water conditions, so changing up colors till you get one that helps draw the fish is a big help. If you have copper colored dodgers, try using them if you really want to get out and fish this time of the year. There are several areas that always have a better concentrations of kokanee on Ririe. Just look for the grouping of boats and watch their trolling patterns. A fish finder is a big plus to help you out with finding the fish. Trout can be found everywhere!
