wOW /Weather it is or isn't the guides have a way to police there own ranks. If he dosn't he should get his act togeather, because the fee he charges he will be excellent for his clients to learn alot and thats good for the fishery. as his client/friend stated he was extremely happy with the trip,if he happy thats all that matters.
