Does any one know where to buy
a blank to make, Arrow Flash Dodgers
4.25" long by 3" wide
does Hagens sale them? if so what is the part number.

Hagen's sells a very large inner blade in stainless that is similar but not exactly the same. I have bought some and used them they have assimilated action at Kokanee trolling speeds. They are a bit wider for their length, about 4" x2.5". You will have to drill a hole at the bottom for a split ring and swivel.I have made a few Dodgers with them and they do work. Good luck.

I see some on page 71 but they don't look that big.

Yes they are the ones on pg. 71. Here is a pic of one i made next to one of the large arrow flash dodgers. The actual dimensions are 4" by 2.20". Hope this helps.
