no! Maybe i'm a terrible kokanee fisherman but i do know u don't mix corn and smashed tatters u mix peas with the taters...geezzzzz.......

i may have to order it online or go to Bend to get some. I found on the net that it is often in short supply and one should stock up on it when available to insure u have it when you need it.

That's the stuff you want. I find it Fred Meyers, Albertsons and Safeway. They often don't stock a large amount so I always have to scan the shelves a few times to find it.

great, thanks. My neighbor works at FM in Roseburg. I'm in Ca. now salmon fishing and working but safeway here in ca. and raleys didnt have any. I'll be home tomorrow or tuesday i will stop at safeway roseburg on my way home. Wanted to hit wickiup this week

Hey Safeway in Bend on the East side has lots of the corn. Also if you make it over and you find there isn't crap biting at Wickiup, pack it up and head to Paulina. Hoochie tubes in red with the corn.
If you want to catch Kokanee at Wikiup I would suggest Vance gold Dodgers and orange hoochies. We have been doing very well with that set up averaging 20, 30 and even a cuple of 48 fish days Vance gold dodgers are hard to find you can www.kokaneetackle.com he can set you up.

i know the type. My good friend whom is quite wealthy crashed into van island one day in his 30 foot searay sundancer in the fog. I used to try and get him to use his gps and radar in the fag but he never would and still dosent. Shoot, he dont even drink. What happens i think is people get a womb like feeling in the fog and think nothing will happen. crazy

Stripping it out for fish
Hoochie tubes arent Hoochies. They pretty much look like a crappie jig and they come in UV. I was using red with a clear and sparkle fringe or tail. All red and pink with white fringe or tail. Everything you need is at Kokaneemart.com. That place is the bomb for everything you need. I was stripping out 80 pulls and fishing the east side of the lake, also over the cone closer to the west side of the lake. You can see the little red landslide from the dock, Troll from there and back to the dock if trolling the east side from the boat launch to the last campground isn't working.
