When the propeties show, highlight and copy the url location of the picture.
Close the propeties box and open the post you wish to post the picture
Hit the Insert image buttom (yellow with a mountain)A popup will apear paste the url in the popup and hit enter. Your picture will not appear untail you has posted the post.
