Does Buckboard have camp grounds and a store and how good is the launch ramp?

There are campgrounds at buckboard and the launch ramp is real nice. The road from the highway is paved all the way to the water at buckboard. I will be up there in 2 weeks for a little r&r.

There is also a privately owned campground behind the store advertized at $25 per night. If you prefer the Forest Service Campground, check out Buckboard Crossing, WY on Recreation.gov. Be advised, FS Campground has very limited powered sites on A loop only.

To anyone that has ever stayed at the FS campground, which powered site is the best and most level?

A20 is a pull through with plenty of room and the most level. Other sites with power are A16, 22, 24, 26, & 32 and all are on the upper side of the loop and all have some slope. As I said, power is limited but they have 4 new shower stalls shared between A & B loops. Good Luck!
