"the new tica kokanee rods"

I have mostly Lami salmon rods but the Tica has more backbone than the Lami Kokanee rod IMHO.

"Backbone" isn't even in my vocabulary when it comes to Koke rods. I want to be out matched every time.

X2 Its just personnel preference I prefer one piece rods almost every one of my rods from Salmon to Kokanee are solid. Most are 7'6" and 7' for Kokanee. A personnel friend owns Wrapter Rods Jay through numerous business exchanges we have barter back and force through trial and error I've stayed with the 7 footers. In a boat on DR. I have one 7 weight fly rod plank that 9 ft converted over for an open face reel was a gift and I love it but its to long in the boat, but I will fish it Saturday ha

I guess backbone was the wrong description as it usually refers to power I like light power and slow action for my down rigger rods and a light to medium power and fast to medium action for my trolling rods. Just my preference and I did get your quip.
